The BTG Framework: Manually Processing Your Emotions


Do you ever feel like you have two operating modes? “Do everything at once or give up entirely?” Maybe it feels like a lightswitch you don't have control over?


Does it take a lot of mental or emotional energy to operate outside of those two headspace’s? Have you ever made it to a place where you were feeling productive, motivated, capable, empowered, and at peace, yet once you got kicked out, you don't know how to get back reliably?  Have you ever wished you could instantly shift back to that space without using up all your mental or emotional energy trying to get there?


That's exactly what our BTG Framework is designed to help you do!

The BTG Framework helps individuals to “code” their brain and “install” these headspace’s so that they can quickly, reliably, and efficiently pop back into them whenever they need versus requiring a bunch of mental or emotional energy to get back to that headspace again. Like teleporting to a location vs walking.


🧠 What is a BTG Box?

All the BTG “boxes” are merely neural networks or headspaces to operate from. Some people can easily access and operate from all of them, teleporting all over their brain whenever necessary, this would be considered “neurotypical.” For someone who is neurodiverse, either acquired from some type of trauma or from birth, it’s like they have to walk to these locations. On top of that, many of these locations have all roads severed to them, or obstructed, making it increasingly difficult to get to that location. Some have things so blocked off, they don’t even know the locations exist. Some people know the locations exist, but it’s too exhausting to get there. Some people attempt to get to that location but get bombarded with other things along the way.




🗺️ The BTG Framework as Your Map

The BTG Framework is the map. Just like maps don’t create the locations they depict, we didn’t “create’ these locations in your head, we may have created names for them, but these locations (headspaces) exist in your mind already. What we have done is create this framework of understanding to help you more easily navigate to/from these headspaces.




Where You Are: We show you the Locations (the names of these headspaces) It’s like learning an address to a new place. What it’s like to operate there (the behaviors you exhibit while there, the feelings you feel, etc…) and YOU get to identify where you are operating from based on that.


Where You Could Be: Once you know where you are operating from, we show you where you COULD operate from (the new box, headspace, neural network, etc…) You become aware of the possibility, but that’s the first step, awareness does NOT equal processing.


📍 Navigating with Tools

The next step is like punching in the address into your GPS. You can know a location exists, but it means nothing if you don’t have directions to get there. We provide the directions by using the Personal Processing Worksheet. Going through the worksheet is what facilitates a pathway to that location. By the time you are done with the worksheet and have peace, you have made it there. The goal is to use the worksheets like training wheels when “installing” a box. Installing a box is like building the bridge, or road to the new location.




The reason the worksheets work is because they follow the natural processing process that our brains do subconsciously (in other parts of our brain).


The problem is that even if you process automatically in one part of your brain (say on the logic side), and you manually process on the emotion side, your brain is TOO overwhelmed to say “Hey, lets apply our subconscious processing process for emotions so we aren’t too overwhelmed!” No, it’s just too overwhelmed to recognize how overwhelmed it is to troubleshoot and do that. But hold a mirror (or map) to your brain and it will do just that.


You just need to worry about learning your first couple of boxes really well. The ins and outs of the application, because all future boxes will follow a similar processing pattern, so learning new boxes in the future becomes easier and easier. Many people begin accessing new boxes (without even naming them) subconsciously because their brain begins making more connections rapidly.
