We will be talking about goals and pain points but they will not be resolved in this Discovery Call.
Cancellation Policy
Discovery Call Booking Policy Cost and Application to Program The Discovery Call is priced at $100 (USD). If you choose to enroll in the BTG First Aid Kit Program following the call, the $100 will be credited towards the program cost. Please note that the credit applied will be $100 minus any processing fees incurred during the payment transaction. Non-Refundable Policy No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Once the Discovery Call is booked, the payment is non-refundable. We encourage you to choose a time that you can commit to. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your Discovery Call, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be accommodated. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled Discovery Call and did not request to reschedule within the allowed time frame, the payment will be forfeited, and no credit will be applied to the program.
