✅ 1. Access & Attendance Membership includes access to live Office Hours, held up to 32 hours per month (Usually on Tues 10 AM–2 PM PST & Thurs 1 PM–5 PM PST). You must pre-register for each session to receive the Zoom link. Attendance is optional & flexible — use it or lose it. BTG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to: Holidays, Family birthdays, Personal vacations, Illness or emergencies. BTG will attempt to reschedule. If the rescheduled time is not available to membership holders, they will receive the session recording at no additional cost, even if they do not have a Replay Membership. ❌ 2. Refunds & Credits No refunds or credits will be issued for: Missed sessions, canceled or rescheduled sessions, inability to attend a makeup session, unused hours Membership operates on a “use it or lose it” basis. 🚫 3. Off-Limits Topics The following topics are strictly prohibited during OHs & will be redirected to private sessions: Suicide/self-harm (thoughts, plans, ideation, etc..), Pornography use or sexual addiction, Substance abuse or addiction, Domestic violence or abuse, CPS involvement or custody cases, Legal advice or court-related concerns, Medical, psychiatric, or diagnostic advice, Crisis intervention or emergencies. These topics require private sessions. Office Hours is not an appropriate or effective setting for handling them. 🎥 4. Recording & Public Use All Office Hour sessions are recorded & may be used for: Training & quality purposes, development, legal protections, & improving customer service. Recordings are available for purchase with the Replay Membership. By attending, you consent to being recorded. You may submit a question anonymously, but there is no guarantee of privacy. *If you are uncomfortable being recorded, please do not attend live sessions and purchase a Replay Membership. 👤 5. Individual Membership Only Membership is valid for one person only. Couples, partners, or family members must each purchase their own membership to attend or submit questions. Sharing access will result in plan cancellation. *This is not a family/couples plan. 🧠 6. Limits You are NOT guaranteed: *1:1 coaching *That your question will be answered *Personalized follow-up Designed for shared learning. Many questions overlap, so listening is just as valuable as asking. ✅ Agreement By purchasing this plan, I confirm that I have read & agree to the BTG Office Hours Policy. I understand: *I am purchasing access to a shared, recorded office hours. *I will not receive refunds or credits for missed, canceled, or rescheduled sessions. *In the event Alicia needs to reschedule, if I cannot attend the RESCHEDULED time, I will receive the recording even if I don’t have a Replay Membership. *I may not discuss off-limits topics in Office Hours. *My participation may be recorded & reused by BTG. *This membership is valid for one individual & cannot be shared. *Sharing access will result in plan cancellation.
