Money Back Guarantee Policy

1. Program Enrollment and Levels of Support

Our money-back guarantee is our promise that the program works—when you do the work, follow through, and sign up for the tier that fits your needs. Our programs are designed with different levels of support—because every situation is unique, and some challenges require more than a quick fix. We’ve seen it happen before: Some clients think they only need the basic level of support—like applying a “bandaid”—but they’re actually facing a much deeper issue, something more like a blown-off leg. A bandaid won’t do much in that case, right?

Participants who enroll in any of the BTG First Aid Kit program levels (Orange, Red, Red Plus, Black) commit to actively engaging with the program according to their selected level of support. Each level is specifically tailored to meet individual needs, and participants are encouraged to choose the level that best aligns with their situation, based on BTG’s recommendations. The chosen level should provide the appropriate resources, mentorship, and support necessary for the participant to succeed.

2. Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility Conditions

Our money-back guarantee is designed to ensure that participants fully engage with the program and receive the intended benefits. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

A. Correct Level Selection
Participants must enroll in the level recommended by BTG based on their needs. Choosing a lower tier than recommended may lead to unmet expectations and will disqualify participants from the money-back guarantee. Enrolling in a lower tier can result in overburdening mentors with support requests that exceed the scope of the chosen package.

B. Full Program Completion Requirements
Participants must complete all components of the program to be eligible for a refund. Full program completion includes the following:

  1. Course Materials:

    • Complete the introduction course.

    • Watch all video lessons (including introduction and conclusion).

    • Read or listen to all module texts and audio lessons.

    • Complete each modules homework assignments.

    • Complete all associated quizzes with a score of 95% or higher (all open book).

  2. Digital Workbook and Journal:

    • Complete the digital workbook and answer all prompts in the digital journal.

  3. BTG Worksheets:

    • Submit all eight completed Personal Processing Worksheets from Modules 3 and 4 (4 each).

    • Submit all eight completed Communication Companion Worksheets from Modules 5 and 6 (4 each).

  4. Participation and Engagement:

    • Attend all scheduled weekly group sessions and maintain camera-on attendance for the full duration.

    • Actively engage in the BTG Support Pod by posting questions, updates, or progress reports.

    • Attend office hours and mentoring sessions as required for the tier level.

  5. Butterfly Days Participation:

    • Engage in the Butterfly Days process by attending the final office hours and reporting progress. Do not disengage during cocoon week.

    • Utilize support resources specific to the chosen tier (e.g., voice package check-ins for Black Tier participants).

C. Evidence of No Improvement
The money-back guarantee applies only if participants demonstrate that they followed all program requirements without experiencing any personal progress, such as reduced overwhelm, improved relationship dynamics, or other expected benefits. Proof of full participation and engagement must be provided along with evidence that no significant improvements occurred.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, participants must follow these steps:

A. Submission Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than 3 calendar days following program completion (43 days from the start date). Requests submitted after this period will not qualify for a refund.

B. Required Documentation
Participants must include the following with their refund request:

  1. Proof of Full Program Completion:

    • Screenshots or records showing attendance at all group sessions and office hours.

    • Copies of completed homework, journal entries, and worksheets.

    • Evidence of active participation and engagement with mentors and in the BTG Support Pod.

  2. Reason for Refund:

    • A detailed explanation of why the program did not meet expectations, including examples of lack of progress.

C. Submission Methods
Refund requests must be submitted via THIS page (at the bottom) with our Refund Request Form.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, excluding any administrative fees, which are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the program fee and do not cover financing or third-party expenses.

5. Financing Options and Liability

Participants who choose to finance the program through third-party partners must understand the following:

A. Loan Responsibility
BTG is not liable for loan repayments. Participants must fulfill their obligations with the financing provider, regardless of refund status.

B. Refund Limitations
The money-back guarantee does not cover loan amounts, and any refund granted will apply only to the program's direct costs.

6. Mentorship and Affiliate Opportunities Impact

Requesting a refund will affect future BTG opportunities:

A. Loss of Mentorship Eligibility
Participants who seek a refund will forfeit the graduation gift of mentor training and the opportunity to become a BTG mentor, including all mentorship levels such as Jr. Mentor Gold.

B. Affiliate Opportunity Waiver
Choosing to become a BTG sales affiliate waives the right to the money-back guarantee permanently. This waiver is non-reversible.

C. No Fast-Track Mentorship
Participants who enrolled in the Red, Red Plus, or Black levels will forfeit the opportunity to begin as Jr. Mentor Gold (after taking the mentor course) if a refund is sought.

7. Important Considerations

The money-back guarantee ensures participants who fully commit to the program receive the intended support. However, it is not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Partial Participation: Participants who do not complete all program requirements, including attendance and assignments.

  • Program Disengagement: Failure to engage with mentors, group sessions, or required activities.

  • Tier Mismatch: Enrollment in a lower tier than recommended.

  • External Circumstances: Refunds will not be issued due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or other personal emergencies. Participants may be eligible to retake the course at a later date if such situations arise. Contact us to review your situation personally.

8. Refund Exclusions

Participants are ineligible for refunds if they:

  • Do not fulfill all program and participation requirements.

  • Opt to become a Sales Affiliate.

  • Are removed from the program for policy violations.

9. Rescheduling and Retake Policy

Participants affected by unforeseen circumstances within the first two weeks of the program may have the opportunity to retake the course at a future date. BTG is committed to working with participants to find a solution.
